RJ Finlay is an Analyst, Capital Markets at Defease With Ease | Thirty Capital, bring 5+ years of experience supporting debt structuring, financial modeling, and market research for CRE transactions. He assists in executing financing strategies, including CMBS, as well as interest rate hedging and capital markets transactions. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment, he provides quantitative support for deal execution, debt optimization, and market forecasting. RJ conducts due diligence, scenario analysis, and support to ensure transactions align with client objectives and market conditions.  Previously, RJ held a leadership role at Lloyd Jones, where he focused on origination and management of financial acquisition models, data consolidation, and conducting in-depth market and asset analysis.
