Mark Runde is the Head of Asset Strategies at Defease With Ease | Thirty Capital, bringing over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including expertise in valuations, acquisitions/dispositions, financing, and asset/portfolio management and optimization. With deep command of financial modeling, risk assessment, market analysis, and asset allocation, Mark successfully led the acquisition and management of a $18B portfolio. His technical expertise in capital optimization and performance benchmarking has been instrumental in superior results. Previously, Mark held executive-level roles at firms such as CW Capital and New Boston Fund, Inc., where he played a key role in over $500 million of acquisition and development transactions.
