Mark Kurowski is the Head of Capital Markets at Defease With Ease | Thirty Capital, bringing over 25 years of experience in capital markets, debt structuring, and real estate finance. He leads the firm’s capital markets division, managing the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions across a range of asset classes. Mark specializes in debt and equity markets, with expertise in CMBS, private equity, senior debt, mezzanine debt, and joint venture structures. He is skilled in negotiating competitive financing terms, managing risk, and optimizing capital structures. Mark and his team have serviced portfolios valued at over $150B. His technical expertise in financial modeling, securitization, underwriting, and market analysis enables him to provide strategic advice and solutions. Previously, Mark worked at Grant Thornton providing advisory and assurance services to financial services and CRE clients.
