Lobby CRE can ingest data as often as daily. Most clients set up different items to be ingested daily, weekly, or monthly, based on the data.
Lobby CRE provides its clients with unlimited data storage. All data and documents that are received/ingested are available in your account throughout the duration of your subscription.
Lobby CRE’s data portal provides a comprehensive list of all reports that have been received, detailing information such as the property, report type, and received date. If a metric does not appear correct in the platform, you can download the source report to verify what was ingested.
Lobby CRE does not overwrite or delete any information in your Property Management System.

Lobby CRE enables you to create Property Groups to ensure team members have access to information relevant to their roles. When creating a new user, simply select the Account Role (details above) and assign one Property Group, multiple Property Groups, or all properties.
