Ali Mashal is a Senior Analyst, Capital Markets at Defease With Ease | Thirty Capital, bringing 12+ years of experience supporting debt structuring, financial modeling, and market research for CRE transactions. He assists in executing financing strategies, including CMBS, as well as interest rate hedging and capital markets transactions. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment, he provides quantitative support for deal execution, debt optimization, and market forecasting. Ali conducts due diligence, scenario analysis, and support to ensure transactions align with client objectives and market conditions. Previously, Ali Mashal worked in corporate banking and FX transactions, where he focused on managing deals and optimizing financial strategies; he also gained experience in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley.
